Global Equity Insights Survey

The Global Equity Insights Survey (GEIS) is a leading global assessment of current market practice and trends regarding equity-based compensation across the world. This website offers the opportunity to participate in the survey and to receive the survey results by completing the questionnaire.

This year’s survey features questions on core topics such as the design of long-term incentives and share purchase plans, in addition to new focus topics:

  • HCM Reporting and Equal Pay
  • AI and Equity Programs
  • Restructuring and LTIs
  • Global Mobility and Equity
  • Private Companies
  • Administration

GEIS was first conducted in 2013 as a survey project of the Global Equity Organization (GEO). The project, now in its thirteenth year, is conducted annually and benefits from regular participation from some of the most prominent companies from around the world, large and small, providing participants with the latest market intelligence.

The team of survey sponsors in addition to GEO include:

  • Bank of America
